I built the level layout for two of seven festival zones
Was responsible for designing all three "Investigate the Beat" missions on stages in different zones of the festival.
Each required unique gameplay tailored to the different environments, but connected by the "activate the music" theme
During development "Mood Speakers" that require zombies to get killed in proximity had to get integrated
After Alpha I kept working on the main stage

The "Dirge" (boss enemy) sequence after the cutscene has been crafted by other LD
Act II: "Dance for Me"
Evoking "superstar on stage" phantasy through spectacle and empowering gameplay. Pre-show checks ensure tutorialisation of pyrotechnic hazard and raise anticipation
Act III: "Saving Grace"
Stark contrast to second act through aggressive vibe and fiery enemy compositions in second hardest fight. The arrival on the festival with curated waves of enemies under the changed sky is demonstrating the upscaled hostile state of the world
FUSION POINT

Improved pre-built world whitebox for mission and maintained zone until Alpha
The fight around the Mood Speaker has been added by other LD who worked on it after Alpha
Act I: "Beauty and the Beat"
Quiet exploration making use of intricacies of container buildings, deepening understanding of festival background story through environmental storytelling. After release it became apparent that some late changes have lead to not the smoothest investigation experience for new players. Learnings have been taken, ask me for details
